A central part of the Mountainside Village vision is the presence of a vibrant and convenient town center, along with several other opportunities for mixed-use, live-work structures. As Mountainside Village and the greater Victor area grow, these opportunities become more and more valuable. • Village Center:

• Mountain Lodges:
Our two available Mountain Lodge lots allow for 4-unit buildings, which have the appearance of large, grand homes. These units may be either rented or sold individually as condominiums. The Phase 2a lodge, near the Village Center, is an ideal site for a short-term lodging business, such as a Bed & Breakfast. • Opportunity Zone:
