Opportunity Zone

The Mountainside Village Opportunity Zone offers the exciting opportunity to take advantage of high-visibility capstone lots at the corner of Baseline Road and The Old Jackson Highway. In many ways, these lots serve as the Village’s interface with the larger Victor community. These sites are also in an ideal location for short-term lodging, such as a Bed & Breakfast. Also across the street, the City of Victor recently received federal funding from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) to build a transit hub. Construction of this park and ride facility is scheduled to begin in the Spring of 2010.
