On Friday, January 18th, we had a wonderful open house gathering that brought many neighbors, old friends, and new faces to our little office in the Village. To all who came, it was good to see you! Got those who were not here, we want to let you know about a few special release formally announced on Friday. Click on these links to learn more:

Winter Sales Incentives. Up to 25% discount for lots in Phase 1 and 2. The sooner you buy the bigger your discount! Contact us for details.

Phase 3 Pre-Release List Open. Our Phase 1 and 2 village and cottage lots have been almost sold out for months, but we are proud to announce that several more of these lots will become available in Phase 3. Because of the considerable demand for these lots, we have opened up a Reservation Priority List for Phase 3, which will include cottage and village lots fronting a stream, a new cottage courtyard , and others close to the Mountainside Village pond. Formal reservations for these Phase 3 lots and several other pond-side lots will be taken starting on March 21. In order to get your first choice of these lots when they are released, be sure to yourself on this immediately! There is no cost or obligation for being on this list.

Village Center Building Pre-Release. The first formal reservations for Mountainside Village Center buildings will also be taken March 21. If you are interested in buying or leasing in the Village center, the Reservation Priority list is now open. As with the Phase 3 List, there is no cost or obligation to be on this list, so be sure to get on this list soon!
